SPARSHAN (Touching Lives) presents a musical evening with Srikanto Acharya on 27th June 2009 in Zurich. Part of the proceeds of this event will go to education projects of Asha Zurich in India.

Cultural Programme
Let us tell you briefly about how it all began. Since the last few years, the Bengali community in North and Central part of Switzerland were seriously pondering about organising a Sarbajanin Durga Puja of their own. In 2004, we made it all happen for the first time.
Our Puja is performed in the most authentic manner as it is done in Bengal. Murti is brought from Kumortuli, Purohit comes from Kolkata and the Puja goes on for all five days as per tradition and calendar.
Local artists enthusiastically sing AGOMONI GAAN from Mahishashurmardini. The ambience of Durgapuja is created in every detail.
